1. Delete from inside the app

1. Sign in at app.mary-os.com.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Danger Zone.
3. Click "Delete account permanently" and confirm.

Deletion completes within 30 days. You can undo by signing back in during that window.

2. Delete only Mary's memory of you

To erase what Mary remembers without closing your account: Settings → Memory → Forget everything.

3. Delete by email

If you can't sign in, email us from the address registered to the account:

Subject: "Account Deletion Request". We verify your identity then begin deletion within 5 business days.

4. If you connected via Meta (Instagram / Facebook)

You can also revoke from their side:

1. Facebook → Settings → Apps and websites.
2. Find "Mary AI" and remove it.

Meta will notify us, and we delete data within 24 hours.

5. What gets deleted

• Account and profile data.
• All conversations with Mary.
• Generated content (posts, images, designs).
• Memory and everything Mary remembers about you.
• Social media connections and OAuth tokens.

6. What we keep (per law)

Invoice records may be retained for tax purposes up to 7 years. Deleted after the legal retention period ends.
